Individual programmes designed around each learner’s needs, strengths, and goals. Provision may include core academic subjects, personal development, and skills-based learning, agreed in partnership with the commissioning school or local authority.
SEND-Inclusive Provision All sessions are adapted to meet individual needs, with particular experience supporting learners with SEMH needs, anxiety, low self-esteem, and engagement difficulties. Reasonable adjustments are embedded into delivery.
Delivery is provided through a blended model of targeted one-to-one intervention and high-support small-group provision, ensuring learners receive the right level of support at the right time. This flexible approach supports confidence-building, engagement, and personalised learning within a calm, structured, and emotionally safe environment.
Learners are supported to develop confidence, resilience, emotional regulation, and key life skills alongside their education through mentoring and positive relationships.
Wellbeing-Focused Approach Our relationship-based, trauma-informed approach naturally integrates emotional wellbeing into each session, ensuring learners feel safe, supported, and valued.
